Clyde owes Skidegate already but since the $ he thinks his credit rating has improved. The Survivor Leech exhibits the abuse by promising future reward for present favours. Potlatch protects Skidegate and punishes leech.

How Red are the Greens?
I am a few months from my pension and acquainted with founding members of the Green Party who'll recognize the Title of Skidegate, but wonder how I come to use it here. Much more to come on that. I am a member of the Haida Royal Family, 'though born Kitksan, I was adopted at Skidegate and Potlatched by High Chiefs at Massett in February 2005, and it is my belief that Destiny lies with the Greens of the Planet, and that history will suddenly open itself up to this message and heap praise on those who dare to bring it forward to them.
I Potlatch you now: the Green Party constitutes the bridge between the modern world community and the necessary Global Order. The catalyst of the world's rebirth is Section 35, Constitution Act 1982, which requires 'recognition and affirmation of Aboriginal Title and the settlement of Land Claims'. Canada has exhausted itself trying to validate the British claims here under the Colonial regime but cannot ever displace the Indian Title, nor should it, since Ecology rests on the highest form of Human tenure that we are competent to establish and sustain. The drive to settle Treaties is the same one as lay behind the Residential Schools: the Christian Credo of Jesus Christ, and chosen status within their Church. Well, the Christian belief is wrong and it's practice has proven evil. Against this development the Ancient Institution of Potlatch survives and offers the means of communicating ecological sets of ideas from a perspective outside of the Euro/State models, outside by being both local and global at once.
I havn't found your Aboriginal Policy but strongly advise that you base it on recognizing that Potlatch has always operated over the Province, was attacked by the Church, but has endured; that there is the legal obligation to give Legislative recognition to the Potlatch itself, and to those Titles that pre-existed the Colony, and that the obligation is a personal one, that Individuals have for each other, not as elements of the State, but as Family members and as Members of the Global Order.
Ecology can't be addressed unless Individuals do so locally and globally. This is where the Title Skidegate comes in: Skidegate replaces Jesus!
These are the bold strokes of plans to unite the world and replenish the Planet. I invite you to Potlatch by agreeing to fulfill your Constitutional obligations and to 'legislate' Potlatch accordingly. Think of Potlatch and Skidegate the way communities will as they review our concepts of the future.

settlement day
Paying for abuses done in the context of the Potlatch legislation should certify the end of the Colony. The Colonial law is the outgrowth of the Pauline Gospels, with Euro the pure people and Indians their victims. With ecology in crisis the Nation State loses its claim to be economical and prudent souls need to develop a planetary order around the ancient Indigenous Titles, not around the Banks of Canada, that river is running dry.

911-1-19: Skidegate Potlatch
Osama bin Laden believes just as fervently as George Walker Bush does, in those selected parts of the whole story that suit them, and since all Beings together tell only one story, it is their false cultures that teach these Heroes how to act and what to say; and so they believe in themselves as though god only made them. Skidegate's Canoe has navigated Canadian Liberalism on the same authority that arrived with Potlatch, the Chinook term for the external Institution operating Indian culture on contact in 1774, with the Spanish and then English, Explorers still bearing letters to the Emperor of Cathay even though the Khitay lost the Imperial Throne in 1127 A.D., and then vanished from history around 1230 A.D., during the Mongol Conquest, coming back to life in Skidegate's Potlatch. Skidegate is Heiress and descendants of XziXzia, Mother of Potlatch, Empress of Heaven, for whom all three monotheisms quested after as the True Branch; The People of the Book, aka Herod, seek the Holy Blood, XziXzia, or Jesus, its the same principle, that the People of the Books have books because they lost the Family. Judaism, the oldest record of the Lost Ark, then Christianity revitalizes the Stonehenge Crown, giving Europe history until it is recognized that Cathay, the missing Matriarchy is in the Orient. These two Faiths constitute branches of the same fork in the Tree of life, telling the history of Creation and Creator from the perspective of layers and layers of religious faiths, the cultures of which no human could condone today, yet these students of the Religious instruction have both murdered others in the belief that their God desires it. There is the constant harmonic in these faiths that bases itself in a flaw passed down intact that is inescapable without the intervention of the Higher Power. By adopting Eden humans inherit from Eve hence dischord is genetic; and the pragmatic leader sends in the police. Skidegate differs by the degree of distinction in Skidegate, the word, the name, the Village; all of the multilayered cultural history, capped by the claim that Skidegate is Imam Mahdi, and is Female. Soon after their common Ancestors were shaped, they were told not to touch the tree of the knowledge of good and evil which is in the center of the garden, but they did so leaving these descendants in perplexity as to what they must do to perfect Creation, until 911, when they both reverted to survival mode.
Religion must be existential to begin with, and Liberal toward all opposition, short of conquest but since Skidegate's reality was denied and attacked it has to be accepted that when the survival of Indians calls for Potlatch that it must be legislated into practice. When the Nation States grant their governments power to use force, Believers likewise authorize the force deemed necessary to establish the larger State of Islam in the world. What was legislated against must be legislated in favour of, in justice. Too shallow applications of something like religion that harbours all of the depth accumulated in the Human Soul, are made possible by the thin veneer of information brushed onto the media, on Academia, on living itself and demanded by their shortsighted view of events. It would demand a reversal of the flow of history to make the United States into a new Israel, or an actual miracle to join Jerusalem, so no ethical revolutionary uses the Holy Land in their vision: the future is global in scope and global in story, not parochial or even continental. Potlatch is Global and Skidegate's Canoe is nimble. Religion doesn't fall within the discretion of Mortals, but having come into a life's story it remains a deciding force whenever Ecology collapse is imminent or already underway. Religion Identifies, not in gentle priestly ways, but in the way of the Prince of the World. With world culture bent on devouring the Planet, with deceitful minorities fighting themselves to control fast diminishing assets, with morals weakened, is when the Spirit, the root of Religion, enters history. All the while that Ecology is imparting dreams of powers and giving powers to Individuals whose Identities are synonymous with Ecology. The final clash of wills anticipated by the erstwhile antagonists, is the more intimate struggle between Ego and Soul, umpired by conscience. Creation held her shock troops in reserve for the ultimate contest, the exertion of truth against the wisp of the lie.
Neither Osama nor George Walker are genuine, let alone, heroic, both being reiterators of cant. Between the two little spans of Islam, from 700 A.D., and of the good old Republic, up to now in history, they don't hold enough information about ecology to entitle either to any power at all. These Patriarchies supplanted the ecology of the Matriarchy that was the source of Spirit at all. Eve deserted the Matriarchy and gave power to the Males, and that is their sin. That departure from Haida Potlatch is the sole cause of 911-1-19, male ego without competence. The role of competence in execution of power is that it mandates wisdom, which implies time to reflect and pray, which means food and that requires Ecology. These two mavens of faith no sooner pray than they kill. The existential fact around us all is that Infinity made the bed we slumber in and Time is for our awakening. I live on Earth, not in Canada, which is not entirely legal, but delivers my point. Potlatch is Church Intolerant until the Colony buckles under their olympian gamble.
Matriarchy is Potlatch: our primary postulate.
Patriarchy is criminal: secondary postulate.
Peace proves right: third Postulate.
Males must pursue power in competition with other males. A Patriarchy is designed to kill, and will destroy life, while Matriarchy is designed to reproduce and nourish, hence Potlatch is ecological law. The distinction is fine but it is key to the paradox such as these two men get into; in taking the counsel of male dominated culture forces, Princes obey other men, and never rely on womanly advice in their men's affairs. The product is plain in their inability to form a peace. Potlatch leaves final counsel to the Matriarch of the hearth whose ultimate concern is peace, not more games. Potlatch is extension of kitchen into the Village, into the land and the world. Skidegate can tell you, and does tell you, that Potlatch is the original temple, and will be the ultimate Church, not for the ideas and powers involved but for the ecology, the simple party process of inviting and receiving guests who arrive and depart happily. The shallow culture thought by Osama bin Laden and the Bush Class, to be of great importance to others and therefore an accepted sacrifice for them, has no meaning and no message, except the poverty of the news.
Skidegate closes this canoe trip to these distant alienated shores by explaining what Higher Power means, it means the part of you that is higher than the part that causes death and suffering and loneliness. Anyone that claims Allah or God, answered their prayers did not pray long enough. The war for peace is fought with hospitality and won with gratitude. As to the other wars, those ecology decides.

New Governor Same governor - Bedbug Colony
The new aboriginal Lt. Governor of British Columbia needs to get rid of Bedbugs. The Bedbug battle winnable with attitude, tools and determination. Their culture is organized around a central female who is guaranteed her blood, directly or by raiding the other bugs, which raid the smaller ones WHO SOMEHOW WILL GET YOU; its all held in ovoid by the mixed attractions of the female, the eggs, and the blood supply. Hatched bugs keep hidden until they can elude their older siblings and spread out in search of their own host. This keeps numbers in check within a room, but places pressure on surroundings and visitors are transports to a new dynasty.
The vulnerable point in the culture is the central nest, which was destroyed when DDT was concentrated by their parasitic ecology, and built up in the Matriarch. A prey spider or some bedbug specific poison with the same track as DDT, might defray incidental invasions. The prolonged expedition remains the most effective action and with a system, the right tools, and constant vigilence, more nights sleep can be had than lost, while lost hours can be endured reviewing the strategy for defeating them.
The weapon of choice is the hairdryer, doubling as soother of the itch, it penetrates and drives out or incinerates. This is a serious problem that must be dealt with soberly and steadfastly, however you might as well laugh along with it because there you are, bitten by a pestilence. there are two responses to the bite in the night, as much light as fast as you can and chase close to the itch first but cover area fast, open folds, and kill on sight; if the swift search yields nothing relax and reflect on the bug's evidence; while searching turn the hairdryer onto the welt of the bite until the core burns unbearably, after that the itch is gone and you may sleep without scratching the skin open and getting other infections. Next day search again and if no luck you offer bait as far from the other bite as you can, so the bug has to cover more ground. Pounce when the itch wakes you up, but follow the track back toward the first night's bite and you'll close in on it. Number of bites and size of welt describe a solo bandit or a colony, with one bite the only good news coming, because catch it and defend your space and you should never be bitten again. More bites and tiny bites in bunches mean the Matriarch and her army are entrenched and must be cast out, all the furniture, or clean everything with heat, and powders, and solvents, and always keep crevices closed to further infestations. Use Vaseline and toothpaste, or tapes, but seal all cracks to expose the enemy.
These creatures are quite sensible about their business, reacting to resistance with stealth and guile, as the Matriarch who chooses to go have blood and have take-out, keeping the best nest and eating her worst children. Chasing males away to eat or be captured, eating female rivals. Skidegate can't help seeing the similarity with human Colonialism. Unhappily for you there are some whose regimen allows them to sleep through dinner and a colony will exist without a murmur from the bed across the way. You will be raided and catch a few but the nest can out wait you, using the fleets of baby bugs and juvenile bugs to nourish the Queen; she takes your blood without venturing out of her bed. NOW THAT'S A BEDBUG!

Lt.Gov Point Aboriginal not Indian, Stalo not Haida, Potlatch?
The captivating principle of Potlatch is its inherent power of attraction and repulsion. The power engaged by this purely Indian Institution is ancient and modern, earthly and ethereal, it is Temple and it is back-alley. Ecology drives the kitchen, not the office and since the office is bound to crave nourishment the kitchen must be consulted first. Chief Dan George prayed with us, Little Big Man then as ever, and Our Hearts soared, when we reviewed these natural principles in the Indian Assemblies of the 1970's, leading up to the Constitution of 1982, and the prognosis for the Planet called for Indians to be the Ecologist we claimed was our heritage, and on such basis all the Leaders of that decade, Elders in their Eighties, born in the 1800's, along with the first graduates of European education to reclaim our Indian Identity, all stood to offer damning critiques of the colonial experiment which had wrecked societies while damaging the environment. When we elected Iona it was to champion, not sabotage, Title and rights. Now who takes blame for the Genocide? And what are the leaders proposing? To sign a treaty. That is how deep the poison is, that Chief Point believes this is a great achievement and the Stalo agree. This is as if the Three Wise Men joined King Herod's court. Unless he intends to enshrine Potlatch, Steve Point is the biggest sell-out ever.

Titles & Claims are wind in the night when no Indian stands up! Its morning Apache, Get up.
Compensation is set to a formula of $10,000 a year for every year at the Residential School. The original claim received $300,000.00, which still only pays for 30 years under the ghosts, and the Courts did assess injuries and damages. Lawyer fees take much of any payment, while new claims would be forced to line up. Those are the details of the settlement and we know a Survivor who calculates receiving $52,000 under the formula, so the next question is if a process is being put in place designed to restore the direct victims and the Indian Race as a whole, to our proper stations, since the Indian in the child was attacked in order to geld the Chiefs. The Tsalmkgekaatl Haida, Tsimsian, Nisga'a, Kitksan, Wetsuwet'n, core of the Potlatch, holders of the Ark of the Covenant, with the surrounding Tribal alliances, Salish speaking, Kwa kwalth, and all the remainder of the Indian Peoples, withstood and are now in position to overthrow the Colonial devils.
The Potlatch, with the Amhalayet, Kge, Kgilbl, Kgelatl, Adaawk and Ayoak, are reservoirs of the Ancient Titles, of which Skidegate is first.
Skidegate's Potlatch is in process. You either continue to be the victim of Iona Campagnolo's Church, or you Potlatch. To Potlatch calls for two choices: Repent and Adopt Skidegate as your Higher Power, and follow your feelings home. Skidegate assures you the search for your Soul will be strenuous and it will cost you many friends, but you will have the only Spiritual Map ever given to Humankind with which to chart your course; Skidegate requires every member of the Village to read Integral Religion and to follow the course indicated by their Soul Compass. The Potlatch is open to the world but closed to the Church, as must be; Skidegate defeated the Church and the Church must repent by abandoning itself. If the Surviving Victims accept their awards they should not have to see the Institution that delivered their injuries still continuing to act on the community. We agreed to closure and the Church should close.
